Jaguar
The label name Jaguar developed 1945. Originally the company was called Swallow Sidecar, briefly SS. Already 1922 it produced motorcycle side cars. The enterprise renamed later in SS Cars Ltd. After the Second World War the contraction SS was no longer portable and the enterprise became Jaguar Cars Ltd. Jaguar was before only the name of individual models (SS Jaguar 100). Today Jaguar is under the roof of the Ford Motor Corporation.
